Customer Agreements
Your customer agreement consists of the contract documents referenced in your Order.
How our terms work: Your agreement with Brightly Software is defined by your Order and the contract documents it incorporates. Your Order identifies the products and services you purchased and the terms that apply. In most cases, your agreement includes these components:
- Order. Your Order identifies the products and services you purchased and incorporates the other applicable parts of the agreement.
- Base Terms. These are the core terms that apply to all offerings.
- Supplemental Terms. These include additional terms that apply depending on the offerings included in your Order.

Additional terms may apply depending on the products and services included in your Order.
General Software and Cloud Supplemental Terms — Applies in addition to the Base Terms when your Order includes cloud service offerings.
Services Supplemental Terms — Applies in addition to the Base Terms when your Order includes professional services or managed services offerings.
Artificial Intelligence Terms — Applies in addition to the Base Terms when the offerings identified in your Order include the use of AI Services (as defined in the Artificial Intelligence Terms of Use). References in the Artificial Intelligence Terms of Use to the Universal Customer Agreement (“UCA”) or End User License Agreement (“EULA”) will be read as referring to the agreement described in your Order.
State, Local Government and Higher Education Addendum — Applies when the customer is a state or local government entity or a public higher‑education institution, as identified in the Order.
Universal Customer Agreement
This agreement applies only if it is specifically referenced in your Order or in a separately executed agreement. If it is not specifically referenced, it does not apply to your purchase. If you have questions about which terms govern your Order, please contact your Brightly representative.
