The Brightly Client Excellence Award recognizes a professional who has demonstrated ingenuity while using our solutions during the past year. Last year, we recognized Teddy Baker for his transformative work implementing Asset Essentials™ to help his team maintain the Ohio Turnpike. Maintaining 241 miles of roadway connecting the East Coast to the Midwest is no easy feat. By partnering with Brightly, Teddy and his team have handled thousands of work orders, completing 98.4% on time.

Nomination criteria

Have someone in mind on your team? Don’t miss out on this unique chance to share your appreciation for their efforts. The nominee must meet the following criteria to be considered:

• Current North America organizations or individuals with one or more Brightly products
• Individuals must have been employed at the organization during the award season, January 1, 2022 – March 31, 2023, and must have been an active user of the solution or play an active role in subscription management
• Impetus for award submission (specific event or story, etc.) must have occurred during current award season
• Nominees must be willing and able to share their submission/story at Illuminate and in ongoing marketing efforts
• Award recipient(s) strongly encouraged to attend Illuminate or send a representative in the instance they are unable to attend or have retired, etc.
