October 22, 2020 -- Brightly, the leading software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider of operations management solutions, today introduced a new module, Work Planner, to its strategic asset management tool, Predictor, for local governments, utilities and transportation agencies. Work Planner is the first of its kind, offering project planners the ability to create multi-year capital investment plans in alignment with long-term infrastructure strategy and share results with project stakeholders through GIS and customizable reports.
A project building module that works inside of ArcGIS Pro, Work Planner helps project planners refine Predictor lifecycle model outcomes and apply logistics and local knowledge when coordinating infrastructure projects across multiple asset types within street and utility corridors, such as water, pavement, stormwater, sewer, rail and more. Planners can interact with the GIS map to bundle assets into projects and collaborate with others to allocate funding from multiple sources across project phases systematically and efficiently.

Work Planner is an ArcGIS Pro Add-in allowing planners the ability to take advantage of the GIS ecosystem to build projects in reference to other GIS information, such as master plans and environment constraints. GIS data relevant to projects and phases is generated by Work Planner and populated on the map, making it simple to share or export to other formats for capital work plans and reports.
